Basic site-usage data. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are popular. This tool does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track you across other websites.

Video views. Video pages use YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed (youtube-nocookie.com) and only load the video player after you click play — YouTube does not receive any data from this site until you choose to play a video.

What we do not do

• We do not run advertising or retargeting campaigns, so there are no ad-tracking cookies or pixels on this site.
• We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics service that tracks individual visitors.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• We do not require or offer account registration — there are no user logins on this site.

How your information is used

• Contact and home-value form submissions are sent to Susie McCollom directly (via Formspree) so she can respond to your inquiry. We do not use this information for any other purpose.
• Newsletter signups are managed through Mailchimp; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
• We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Susie McCollom Properties, Coldwell Banker Realty, or others.

Third-party links

This site links to outside services — including Susie's Coldwell Banker property-search page, Coldwell Banker's own website, and social media profiles. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review; this policy does not apply to them.
